  • →  What if our WiFi goes down at the venue?

    Designed for reliability, Fredo does not depend on local venue networks. If the Wi-Fi drops mid-event, your check-in continues its steady flow without interruption.

  • →  What if attendees change at the last minute?

    Print name badges for walk-ins on the spot. Name changes get re-printed by tapping the badge in the dashboard, no separate workflow. We design for the assumption that 5–15% of your attendees will not be on the original list.

  • →  What if a printer fails during check-in?

    Every hardware set ships with a hot spare. For events over 1,000 attendees we add a second redundancy unit. 24/7 phone support is staffed during your event window — one ring, a human, not a ticket queue. We’ve had failures: nobody’s ever missed check-in because of one.
