Policy for lost and damaged items
To qualify for a standard return, all rental equipment must be returned complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
At Fredo, we take careful measures to ensure the quality of all rental equipment we ship for your event. When your rental equipment is returned, we expect it to be in the same condition it was received, allowing for reasonable inspection and testing.
This page outlines the policy regarding items received by our processing center that are deemed damaged, incomplete, or used beyond the scope of our agreement. Customers are financially responsible for any costs incurred by Fredo to restore, replace, or dispose of items that violate this policy.
